Workshop Cost, Terms and Conditions
Cost of workshop (2024/2025) is $1675.00 USD double occupancy. A deposit of $300.00 is required to be submitted when making this reservation. The balance is required two months prior to the start of the workshop. Rooms are based on double occupancy with a shared bath. Limited single rooms are available for an additional $350.00. All rooms are non-smoking.
The workshop cost includes all breakfast and lunches (private chef) at main villa, a farewell dinner/celebration at main villa, double occupancy room, transportation to and from the Queretaro airport, plein air, tours and private cooking class. The workshop does not include air fare, trip insurance, tips, meals other than those noted and optional activities such as massage, yoga and private wine tasting. We can consult with you regarding air travel if needed.
Cancellation/Refund: A cancellation forfeiture of $300.00 is imposed at the onset of registration unless the cancellation is for health/emergency reasons. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival may be subject to additional fees. All cancellation notifications must be received in writing. No refunds will be made for no-shows or cancellations after the date of arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Required Documents: Travel to Mexico requires a valid passport from your country of residence.
Workshop Responsibility: Milagros Para Ti (Deborah Mounts, referred to as ‘Operator’), acts only as agent for group members in regards to accommodations, restaurants, meals & services, tours and transportation listed in the workshop itinerary. Operator assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services of any of these companies or their servants. By acceptance of workshop membership, member agrees to the foregoing and also agrees that Operator shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience caused by or resulting from occurrences, neglect or otherwise due to the malfunction of transportation equipment, strikes, acts of God, war or civil strife, delays, fire, theft, itinerary changes or cancellation of services by suppliers.
